On Thursday I shot a lifestyle/product shoot for The Tiffen Company's accessory range - Zing. Zing have stylish carry cases with straps to carry iPad and iPad minis. I shot the range in  Times Square and Bryant Park on Thursday.  It was fun to play tourist again in my adopted city. Michael Cassara was a great photographer to work with! The gigs just keep rolling in! I truly am so fortunate to be in a city where I am continuously being inspired by my peers. Today, I got cast as the face for camera accessory company - The Tiffen Company I will be shooting a lifestyle type shoot to showcase their new product. Last night was opening night for Lourdes Uno's "Soft and Shiny" in our heat for Take Ten 2014. I had an absolute blast "treading the boards" again.  It has been 8 years since I have acted in my play! We are competing in another heat on Thursday night at Roy Arias Theatre, right in the heart of the Theater District. Fingers crossed that we make it through to the semi-finals on Saturday!   Lots of other exciting projects coming up! Don't forget that my indie short "Second Chance" will be released in May! I collaborated with famous New York body-painter, Andy Golub ( http://www.andygolub.com )in Times Square on Thursday. Andy is famous for painting his models in the middle of Times Square - and, on this occasion, we had an Emmy-award winning documentary crew film the shenanigans. I knew it would be one helluva day. We initially did live painting in the middle of Times Square, which attracted its fair share of attention to say the very least. Then we had a more outrageous component to the day - we crashed Maria Abramovic's "The Artist is Present" at the MoMA and upstaged the nude performance artists. Anyway...back to the story... I would have to say that taking off my clothes in the middle of Times Square would have to be one of the craziest things that I have done in my time. It is incredibly nerve racking to put it mildly. You really have to psyche yourself up to do something like it. It's like pulling off a band-aid. It's more the "before...
