2014 has been a great year professionally. I have worked with some incredible people in both the acting and modeling world. Finally - I can announce that I will be filming an indie horror/short called "Don't Despair" - directed by Alfred Giancarli this weekend. It's a really brutal, edgy story - I initially read for another role - but got cast in another part. Watch this space to hear about what goes on during production! Happy New Year, y'all!!!

 As an actress living in NYC - I can honestly say that it never gets boring! I have been going out for some really fun auditions lately, and am honing in on my craft with my amazing coach - Anthony Grasso. I have a little demo clip from "Leaving Las Vegas". I have been studying under one of my long-time coaches, Anthony Grasso again for the last few weeks. I love his classes - he is a working actor - and he shares such profound insights with us. My challenge has been remaining still on camera. Anthony decided to stretch my range with a scene from the 70's film "Klute".  I play Bree - an actress who moonlights as a high-class call girl. I had such a breakthrough last night - and was able to come up with some of my best work to date. Check it out!  I am so thrilled with what I was able to bring to the table with this role.

I am absolutely ecstatic to announce that I will be studying under Louise Lasser ( Happiness, Requiem for a Dream ) as of next week. Miss Lasser has worked with some astounding directors during her time - including her ex-husband, Woody Allen, Darren Aronofsky and Todd Solondz I will be studying the Meisener technique under Miss Lasser.  I am so excited to be studying with such an icon!

I have finally landed my dream job!  I am now a reporter for "Party Ave TV" - a website that explores the social melting pot of people and music. I was certainly thrown in at the deep end on my first day, and I loved every minute of it! The first thing that we did was film a promotional skit that will be released as a web viral to promote the site.  We didn't have a good location to film at - so - I was quick to suggest the awesomeness that is Magicland...which proved to be a hit with the wonderful team. I was fortunate enough to flex my acting muscles for the video - which was nice, because I haven't really been doing all that much acting of late...and it's nice to know that I wasn't rusty. Look out for the web-viral on YouTube soon - it is going to be hilarious.
